Sherkaan
Tasked with Ankit Harpaldas’ vision to reintroduce Indian cuisine in an approachable way, our team worked to create a visual system for Sherkaan: an American-style Indian restaurant serving a contemporary menu of craft cocktails paired with Central and South Indian street snacks. We developed a bold and flavorful brand system that channels the vintage spirit of Indian street carts, signage, trucks, and rickshaws.
Totally Bindaas
Hand-drawn and depicted in a variety of vibrant colorways, our tiger illustration was crafted over a multitude of designs. The final illustration manages to consistently carry the momentum of the brand throughout a variety of print and digital materials.
Education is at the core of Sherkaan's mission, as such a glossary was built out to explain the culture behind the food they serve. It's not an in-group spot.
Trendy and cool, universally understood, and just a little bit nostalgic, Sherkaan offers a real sense of authenticity without losing touch with its youthful demographic. It's totally bindaas.
